We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven Freelance Recruiter to assist our hiring process for several client projects.
You will be responsible for screening CVs, conducting initial interviews in English, and coordinating with our internal hiring team.
This role is ideal for someone with a recruitment background and a competitive mindset who thrives on meeting targets. If you're an achiever who enjoys working independently and delivering high-quality candidates, we’d love to work with you. This is a freelance opportunity with flexible hours.
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in psychology, HR, or related major
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in agency or high-volume roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Able to assess soft skills and culture fit during interviews
- Familiarity with basic hiring tools (Google Workspace, ATS, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and professionalism
- Comfortable interviewing candidates from diverse industries or backgrounds
