Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Representative at Radisson Golf & Convention Center Batam. The Guest Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to hotel guests, handling reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related position at an international chain hotel
- Proficient in operating OPERA PMS system
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Well groomed and guest satisfaction oriented
- Strong team player
