The Frontdesk/Admin Staff serves as the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors, and staff. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing front office operations, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily school operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Frontdesk :

  • Greet and assist students, parents, staff and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and accurately.

  • Maintain visitor log, issue visitor passes, and ensure school safety procedures are followed.

  • Provide accurate information about school schedules, policies, and events.

Administrative Support :

  • Maintain student and staff records (hard copy and digital files).

  • Assist with admissions, enrollment, and registration processes.

  • Support the preparation and distribution of school communications, memos, and circulars.

  • Assist in organizing school events, meetings, and parent-teacher conferences.

  • Handle photocopying, scanning, and other clerical duties.

  • Coordinate with teachers and school departments for administrative needs.

Office Management :

  • Maintain office supplies and ensure availability of necessary materials.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries.

  • Support finance /admin team in fee collection, receipts, and basic record-keeping (if required)

  • Ensure front office are is clean, organized and welcoming at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Office Management, or related field.

  • Experience in frontdesk, customer service, or administrative role (experience in the a school setting is an advantage)

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer literacy.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Professional appearance and pleasant personality

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

  • Comfortable working in a school environment and engaging with educators, students, and parents

  • Proficient in Google Workspace

  • Having a Responsible to Life attitude
