About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Front-End Developer to take full ownership of the UI/UX of TyrRewards across web and mobile platforms. You will be working alongside a talented in-house engineering team to lead frontend development, drive improvements, and shape the future of a performance-driven rewards platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the TyrRewards frontend codebase for both web and mobile.
- Lead frontend code reviews and uphold high standards for code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with designers to implement engaging and intuitive UI features across Flutter (mobile) and React (web) platforms.
- Ensure robust integration with backend services, SDKs, and APIs.
- Work with QA and Product teams to validate releases and address bugs efficiently.
- Coordinate with backend engineers to resolve technical dependencies and align delivery timelines.
Minimum Requirements

Industry Experience: Proven experience in SaaS, mobile/web development.
- Experience in gaming or digital advertising is a strong advantage.

Technical Proficiency:
- Frontend frameworks: Minimum 3 years with React (JavaScript/TypeScript), 1 year with Flutter
- Integration: REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets
- Version Control: GitHub
- Familiarity with SDK and API integration across platforms
- Experience in cross-platform development (web + mobile from a single codebase)
Nice-to-Haves
- Testing tools: React Testing Library, Flutter Test
- Tooling: Webpack, Fastlane
- Design collaboration: Familiarity with Figma workflows
