Job Descriptions:
- Managing advertising business and reporting to BOD of business and oversee and manage all aspects of day-to-day operations and business.
- Lead and motivate a team of department managers and staff to achieve operational goals and maintain high standards of service.
- Monitor guest feedback and conduct regular service reviews to improve the overall guest experience.
- Address customer complaints and resolve operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Review financial reports and implement strategies to improve the financial performance of the business.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations (e.g., local food safety laws, sanitation).
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address potential hazards or risks.
- Coordinate and oversee special events, promotions, and seasonal activities to drive sales and attract guests.
Job Qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Preferred but not required).
- Min. 5-7 years of experience in restaurant or F&B operations, with a min. of 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experienced in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of Advertising business & operations, including government regulations.
- Ability to analyze financial data and implement cost-saving strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
