Salary: up to IDR 65 Million per month
Requirement:
+ Minimum 15 years of senior management specialized experience in directing high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects from concept through construction, consistently delivering innovative, functional, and architecturally exceptional high-rise structures.
+ Strong Project Management Skills: ability to manage timelines, quality control, and client expectations efficiently, ensuring project delivery within scope and budget.
+ Deep understanding of the construction process, building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards to ensure compliant and buildable designs.
+ Aesthetic sensitivity combined with practical construction knowledge, capable of balancing innovative design with real-world constraints and international standards.
+ Strong track record of collaborating effectively with external consultants such as MEP, structural, façade specialists, and other stakeholders.
+ Skilled in architectural design software including AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, and other relevant tools.
+ Excellent communication & leadership, team management, and communication skills to motivate and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
+ Excellent in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture; professional registration or licensure is preferred.
