Luxehouze is Asia's leading online marketplace platform to buy and sell authentic luxury watches and bag from the likes of Richard Mille, Patek Philippe, Hermes and many more. Established in 2021, Luxehouze was created as a safe marketplace platform with two end customers in mind: both buyers and sellers. We ensure that all luxury goods being sold through our platform are 100% authentic and that our sellers are both credible and trustworthy through our rigorous verification and authentication processes that we have in place.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage scheduled WhatsApp blast campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and targeting accuracy.
- Develop, deploy, and monitor email marketing campaigns (newsletters, product launches, reminders, and promotional content).
- Collaborate with the team to define audience segmentation, personalization strategies, and campaign objectives.
- Maintain CRM tools and databases, ensuring customer data accuracy and compliance with privacy policies.
- Conduct end-to-end quality control for online-to-offline (O2O) customer journey, including lead generation, MQL validation, and conversion funnel tracking.
- Monitor and verify the accuracy of tracking and tagging mechanisms across digital touchpoints (e.g., UTM parameters, click events, attribution)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or related fields.
- Excellent analytical thinking and attention to details
- Fluency in english, and capable to engage confidently in oral and written communication
- Proficiency in using Google Sheet
