- Revamp and maintain the People & Culture Dashboard to ensure real-time availability with integrated data from all relevant departments.
- Track and monitor timeline implementation of HC initiatives through dashboard reporting.
- Develop and deliver people analytics reports with actionable insights, in collaboration with process owners in People & Corporate Affairs.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze sustainability-related data in partnership with the Corporate Affairs team.
- Design and deliver visualizations and dashboards that provide clear insights on sustainability metrics and trends.
- Ensure reporting is aligned with corporate ESG and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, document, and optimize human capital processes, including hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, promotions, and terminations to increase efficiency and ensure compliance.
- Facilitate, analyse, and implement end-to-end HRIS workflows, ensuring smooth operations across the employee lifecycle.
- Manage projects for new initiatives, system enhancements, and maintenance activities.
- Act as the liaison between HR, IT, and vendors to ensure successful system integration and upgrades.
- Support the integration of Performance Management systems with HRIS and other enterprise tools.
- Ensure system workflows enable seamless performance review processes and align with organizational KPIs.
- Provide data insights to improve employee performance monitoring and organizational effectiveness.
- Work cross-functionally with People, Corporate Affairs, IT, and business leaders to ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to stakeholders in interpreting analytics dashboards and reports.
- Promote a culture of data accuracy, governance, and continuous improvement in people analytics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in HR analytics, HRIS management, or people analytics.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and make recommendation
- Skilled in using HRIS, performance management tools, and analytics software to support performance processes
- Ability to identify opportunities for process enhancements and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Strong skills in communicating performance concepts, delivering training, and engaging with stakeholders.
- High level of accuracy in managing performance data, reports, and feedback processes.
- Willing to work in BSD, South Tangerang.
