Job description:
· Oversee and train the entire HR department, implement structured reporting.
· Supervise and guide HR management , facilitate the department daily tasks.
· Conduct & Oversee the recruitment and selection process.
· Attracting and retaining talent through recruitment strategies, onboarding, and other HR techniques.
· Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and employee development plans.
· Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
· Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards, and make recommendations for necessary updates to policies and practices.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, payroll information, and attendance records.
· Coordinate and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, ensuring compliance with mandatory training requirements.
· Stay updated on HR and employment law trends, and ensure that the company's policies and practices remain in compliance with changing regulations.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational development initiatives, change management, and talent management strategies.
· Prepare HR-related reports and metrics for management review and decision-making purposes.
· Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with integrity.
Requirements:
· Willing to take on offsite assignments.
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
· Proven experience (3 years) as an HR Manager or similar role (preferably in hospitality industry)
· In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
· Strong understanding of various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
· Familiarity with HRIS systems and other HR-related software applications.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
· Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions.
· Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of integrity.
· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
