Key responsibilities
- Develop and optimize AI models, algorithms, and applications to solve real-world business challenges.
- Oversee the full AI model lifecycle, from data collection and preprocessing to training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align AI solutions with business objectives.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, integrating best practices into projects.
- Ensure AI solutions are scalable, efficient, and secure.
- Use data analytics and visualization techniques to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Lead research efforts to explore new AI methodologies and applications.
Requirements
- Must be an Indonesian local (citizen or permanent resident).
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in AI engineering, data science, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in machine learning frameworks and programming languages (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Expertise in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
