Salary: up to IDR 45 Million per month
Requirement:
+ Minimum of 10 years of internal audit experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership within healthcare or hospital settings, complemented by preferably Big Four experience in internal audit, risk advisory, or consulting, and possessing comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and internal control frameworks such as SOX, HIPAA, and JCI standards.
+ To lead and oversee the internal audit function, ensuring the hospital's operations, financial reporting, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations are effectively monitored and improved.
+ Develop and execute a risk-based internal audit strategy covering financial, operational, clinical, IT, and compliance areas, ensuring regulatory adherence and continuous process improvement.
+ Lead, mentor, and coordinate audit activities, including identifying control weaknesses, recommending improvements, and preparing comprehensive reports for senior leadership and regulatory bodies.
+ Manage stakeholder relationships, including external auditors and regulators, while staying current on industry trends and regulations to enhance audit effectiveness and team performance.
+ A highly skilled professional with strategic thinking and risk assessment capabilities, strong leadership and team development skills, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, proficiency in audit software, data analytics, and governance tools, and a high level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards.
+ Excellent in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CIA, or equivalent certification will be an advantage.
