- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Strong knowledge of higher education regulations, accreditation processes, and academic administration systems
- Proficient in using academic information systems and office software.
- Ability to develop policies, strategic planning, and reporting related to academic and student services.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to student success.
- Good presentation skills, both virtual & on-site
