About The Role

We’re looking for analytical and passionate people to join our team as Client Success / Relationship Management Analyst based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn about client relationship management, gain hands-on experience in supporting customers, and develop skills in problem-solving and communication.

Some Of The Key Responsibilities Include‍

• Oversee and support the successful onboarding of new clients, ensuring a seamless and professional start to their journey.
• Serve as a key escalation point for client queries, delivering timely and effective resolutions to maintain high client satisfaction.
• Proactively gather and analyse client feedback to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and ensure accurate reporting and documentation.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to align on client needs and drive service excellence.
• Provide mentorship and strategic guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring consistency in service delivery.

About You

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Able to assist clients with strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in additional languages (such as Bahasa, Chinese) is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in tools like MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Experience with a CRM tool and record-keeping.
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a customer-centric environment.
