Youtap Indonesia is a financial technology company specializing in providing innovative payment solutions for businesses and consumers. We are currently looking for a strategic and experienced Head of Finance to lead our finance department and drive financial performance across the organization.
As the Head of Finance, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of Youtap. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning. Your leadership will guide the finance team in delivering accurate financial data and insights to support business decisions and ensure operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company's business goals and objectives.
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, risk management, and compliance.
- Manage capital planning.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the executive team and board of directors.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Implement and maintain effective financial controls and processes to mitigate risks.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting finance and accounting practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or similar is highly preferred.
- At least 7-10 years of experience in finance, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of IFRS and regulatory requirements.
- Strong understanding of Xero Accounting Software.
- Proven experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent financial analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with financial software and accounting systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Must be fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa is an advantage.
