Job Description:
- Increase overall public awareness of the brand.
- Manage MBIG Website, blog articles, YouTube channel, and supervise all MBIG social media content.
- Write, edit, and revise various persuasive communication materials as needed.
- Responsible for the company’s social media accounts, including editorial planning, content development, and social media activity reporting.
- Collaborate with internal creative teams and cross-divisional teams to develop relevant creative assets and marketing communication products.
- Conduct relevant research, including but not limited to marketing communication trends, industry/market trends, and educational issues (international, regional, and national scale).
- Assist in developing and implementing promotional strategies, managing campaigns (online and offline), media outreach, and events.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, International Relations, or similar from a reputable university with a GPA of at least 3.25.
- 8 years of experience in marketing communication (Marcom).
- Able to write in both Indonesian and English.
- Enjoy and be capable of writing and producing various content types on education-related topics in a broad context (international, regional, national).
- Able to conduct research, analyze data, and generate industry/market insights to create engaging and relevant content.
- Experience in blogging and writing social media content is preferred.
- Skilled in social media analytics tools, Meta Ads, SEO website optimization, and Google Ads.
- Strong, systematic, and structured communication skills, both oral and written.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Capable of leading and mentoring a team effectively.
