Job description :
- Provide accurate wait times and keeping guests informed about estimated wait times and managing expectations
- Greet customers upon their departure and escort guests to their tables in a timely and friendly manner
- Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
- Work closely with waitstaff, kitchen, and management to ensure a smooth flow of service
- Manage guest reservations and provide wait times when necessary
Requirements :
- Excellent communication skills
- A self-motivated individual with an outgoing personality, a passion for guest service, and excellent communication skills.
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Eloquent in English communication
- Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift
