Job Title: Housekeeping Hotel (Level Coordinator)
Department : Housekeeping
Report to : Hotel Manager
Area Location : Sosoro Hotel, Merak, Cilegon, Banten.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and assign housekeeping tasks based on room status and staff availability.
- Distribute daily work assignments to room attendants, public area attendants, and laundry staff.
- Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Track room status updates in the Hotel Management System (PMS).
- Coordinate special guest requests (e.g., amenities).
- Serve as the central point of contact between the housekeeping department and front office.
- Update the front desk about room readiness and rush requests.
- Communicate maintenance issues to engineering or maintenance teams.
- Maintain accurate records of lost & found, room inspections, and staff attendance.
- Monitor inventory levels and support the ordering of supplies.
- Assist in preparing housekeeping reports and shift handovers.
Qualification :
- High school diploma degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business, or related field (e.g., Hotel Management diploma).
- Additional certifications in housekeeping or hotel systems are a plus.
- Minimum 2–3 years of Housekeeping experience.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or coordinator role is strongly preferred.
Skill :
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage stressful situations and resolve issues calmly and professionally.
- Proficient in Hotel Management software (Realta).
- Fluent in English, is an advantage.
