We are hiring a meticulous and dependable Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our cleanliness and hygiene team, ensuring our venue meets the highest standards of presentation and sanitation—especially as we open a new chapter in this iconic location. Our restaurant is a modern Indonesian dining destination in Canggu. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the venue’s overall cleanliness, both front and back of house, and supporting the smooth flow of daily operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping attendants’ activities
- Ensure that rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to meet high-quality standards.
- Manage housekeeping supplies, linens, and amenities through effective inventory management
- Perform quality control inspections regularly to ensure all tasks meet satisfaction, addressing any issues promptly
- Create work schedules, assign tasks, and manage workloads to ensure coverage and efficiency
Qualifications:
- 3 years’ experience as housekeeping in resorts/hotel
- Professional proficiency English
- Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
