Work you’ll do
Provide end-to-end operational HR support, ensuring smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes, accurate record management, and effective coordination of HR programs and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Offboarding Management – Oversee the offboarding process, ensuring timely completion of clearance and documentation.
- Letter Issuance – Prepare and manage employment-related letters.
- Membership & Vendor Administration – Manage employee memberships and coordinate with vendors, including payment reporting.
- Learning & Development Support – Assist in planning and executing L&D programs.
- Talent Engagement & Recruitment Support – Support employee engagement activities and talent acquisition events.
- Employee Records Management – Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- New Hire E-Learning Monitoring – Track completion of mandatory e-learning and onboarding tasks for new hires.
- Employment Status Control – Monitor and process changes in employment status, including probation and contract confirmations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or similar roles.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS is an advantage.
- Good understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proactive, service-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
