What You’ll Do:
- Assist with daily HR operations: data entry, document filing, and internal coordination
- Get involved in recruitment processes: sourcing candidates, screening, and helping with background checks
- Support onboarding to help new hires settle in smoothly
- Analyze basic HR data to help the team make informed decisions
- Contribute to developing HR systems and internal initiatives
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Are a final semester student or fresh graduate (class of 2024/2025)
- Come from Psychology, Management, or related fields
- Are familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Are detail-oriented, communicative, flexible, and proactive without constant supervision
- Understand the importance of data privacy and are comfortable working digitally
