- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR administration or HR operations, preferably in a retail company
- Good knowledge of labor law, employee benefits, and HR operational processes.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and familiar with HRIS Talenta
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a proactive attitude
- Able to handle confidential information with integrity
Job Description
- Handle employee data management, including personnel files, employment contracts, and HRIS (Human Resource Information System) updates.
- Administer employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and contract renewals.
- Provide support in payroll data preparation, including attendance records, leave management, and other employee benefits administration.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and administrative matters.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation and filing of all HR-related records.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors related to HR services (e.g., BPJS, insurance providers, government institutions).
- Monitor HR service metrics and assist in improving HR operational efficiency.
