Job Description Summary:
Work with assigned Business/Functional counterparts to identify strategic HR problems and deliver programs accordingly, Act as single point of contact to advise Business/Functional counterparts on strategic people issues e.g. recruitment, talent management, industrial relations issues, performance management, etc.
Job Description:
Develop and align the implementation overall Human Resource strategy.
Implement human resources policies, programs and practices inclusive of planning, organization development, implementation, coordination, investigations, conflict resolution, learning and development and talent acquisitions in accordance with established guidelines, business needs, and sound administrative practices.
Act as the Advisor to the business unit leaders in all areas related to human resource management and also ensure flawless delivery of HR services in accordance to the needs of the business.
Engage employees and all the operating business units and functions within the company and act as the first point of contact for employees and their managers in relation to performance counseling, advice and resolution on a broad range of general human resources issues to ensure and to improve employee engagement satisfaction and retention rate.
Develop and implement an effective Succession Management and Career Development Plan and Program – Policy, Procedure and Process.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree in any discipline from reputable University.
At least 10-12 years of HR leadership experiences, preferably from manufacturing environment.
Possess sound knowledge of Organization Development & Talent Management, Recruitment, IR, Performance Management.
Highly independent and motivated to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment.
Excellent influencing and coaching skills.
Having strong business awareness, contributing to business strategies.
Customer and service oriented.
Good written and spoken English.
Willing to travel.
