Requirement:
- Education min D3 from human resource, psycology, management and related.
- min 3 years experience in HRD & GA field at the same position (Japanese manufacture company)
- Japanese JLPT N3 level
- Having good communication skill with management
- Proficient end to end HRD & GA process
Working hours etc.
- 8AM-5PM,
- Mon-Fri, 5days/week
- Weekends and National holidays
