Qualifications:
- Strong understanding and up-to-date knowledge of UUCK, BPJS, and current labor regulations.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting, screening, interviewing, to hiring administration.
- Preferably experienced in the property management industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office and HR software).
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with UUCK, BPJS, and other applicable labor regulations.
- Manage and update employee records and HR databases.
- Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Handle payroll processing and ensure accuracy in salary calculations.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Coordinate and manage employee benefits programs, including BPJS.
- Stay updated on new labor laws and regulations and implement necessary changes.
- Prepare and present HR reports to management.
