As an Idea to Launch (I2L) Lead in the Business Unit, you will be responsible for managing innovation and renovation across the entire category.
A Day In The Life as I2L Lead
- Define the project team and collaborate with Functional Line Managers to identify and secure resources throughout the process.
- Build and maintain the project budget throughout the lifecycle—coordinate Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) requests with the Engineering Project Manager.
- Orchestrate all functions and markets involved in the project to align timelines, track end-to-end activities and milestones, and ensure the project progresses as planned.
- Drive the definition of the innovation profile and conduct gap assessments to establish the critical path.
- Lead the definition of Key Success Criteria (KSC) with the project team, challenge them with an unbiased perspective to ensure agility, and obtain validation from decision-makers.
- Ensure timely preparation of the Business Opportunity, Business Case, and Business Plan, and lead Opportunity and Risk Management efforts.
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including kick-off, kick-start, check-ins, regular updates, risk assessments, post-launch reviews, and any additional meetings or workshops as needed.

- Proven experience in leading and managing complex projects; passionate about project management and/or product development, highly organized, and demonstrates strong strategic foresight with a holistic mindset.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience working and leading in cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the courage to challenge stakeholders, clients, decision-makers, and team members to achieve the best outcomes and maintain project scope, as long as building good rapport with stakeholders.
- Ability to manage conflict and drive resolution.
- A self-starter with high integrity is essential.
- A bachelor degree from any majors with certain specific working experiences as mentioned.
