- Assist in resolving employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary cases while ensuring fairness and adherence to company policies and labor laws.
- Support the development and implementation of policies related to employee relations and workplace ethics.
- Perform any administrative and documentation needed related to fostering compliance with labor law, company policy and SOP
- Participate in investigations related to employee misconduct, harassment, or other workplace concerns, providing detailed reports to management.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure a safe environment for employees.
- Monitor compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Support the implementation of HSE initiatives, including safety training programs, emergency drills, and awareness campaigns.
- Report and investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain records of incidents, compliance reports, and other HSE documentation.
- Promote a culture of safety by engaging employees in HSE practices and encouraging safe work behaviors.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Assist in audits and inspections by internal teams or external authorities, ensuring required documentation is available.
Requirements
- Maximum 28 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Management, Occupational Health, Safety & Environment, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, or HSE.
- Knowledge of labour laws, regulations, and HSE standards.
- Having AK3U Certification will be considered an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Willing to be placed in BSD, Tangerang Selatan.
