Key Responsibilities:
Job Purpose :
Provide leadership and oversight in effectively managing activities connected with Information and Communication Technology Services in support to the goals and objectives for WVI as Field Office (FO) and the fundraising Support Office (SO), with the end in view of creating a balanced customer service focus and accountability that undertakes continuous improvement of systems, service and stewardship
Provide supports and maintains global IT processes and standards within national level as well as IT business practices for the local partnership in the program implementation.

Lead technology planning and ensure alignment with evolving organizational strategies and goals.
Develops long-term and annual plans and strategies for ICT, ensuring alignment with organization strategic directions.
Provide IT business practice for the Local Partnership Operation Model implementation

Resource Acquisition/Fundraising, IT Partnership & Project Management
Provides support for the organization's fundraising process improvements and automations.
Conduct feasibility studies and provide recommendations to stakeholders. Identify opportunities for business process improvements and facilitate the development of improvement plans.
Supports IT partnership initiatives, including global system deployment, cyber security testing, staff training, and more.
Manages and executes special projects, including technology upgrades, grant-funded initiatives, and related activities

Resource Allocation, Service Improvement & Customer Service:
Prioritizes and allocates available resources efficiently.
Reviews and evaluates software, hardware, and service delivery, providing recommendations for improvement to ensure maximum effectiveness
Ensures high-quality internal customer service through ICT services provided by technical teams.

Policy Development and Security:
Develops and implements policies and standards for ICT, including robust security policies and measures

IT Solutions and Applications:
Plans and manages the design and implementation of new IT solutions and applications.
Assists teams and departments in planning and managing the deployment of specialized systems.
Develops and implements employee training programs for information technology, enabling staff to effectively use computer systems

Systems Analysis, Automation & Networks Management:
Leads systems analysis efforts and recommends suitable solutions for office automation, data processing, communications, and other electronic information systems.
Manages the operation and maintenance of the organization's wide area networks (WAN) and local area networks (LANs)

Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery:
Develops, maintains, and implements business continuity and disaster recovery plans and procedures as needed

Leadership and Team Management:
Set clear performance expectations, provide coaching and feedback, and ensure efficient resource allocation. Manage employee relations and handle conflict resolution. Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

Data Privacy and Compliance:
Oversees the organization's data privacy compliance program.
Promotes data privacy awareness within the organization.
Conducts Privacy Impact Assessments in all systems containing Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
Reviews contracts and data sharing agreements for privacy compliance.
Develops and maintains privacy-related documentation, including manuals, notices, consents, and data breach response plans
The Qualifications :
Minimum a bachelor's degree preferably in computer science, information systems, or any relevant field.
Preferred ITIL, Cybersecurity, Risk Management Certified
Minimum ten years of relevant IT and business work experience, including at least five years of experience in managerial and building relationships with people at various levels.
Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, architecture, applications development and support, networks, and IT operations.
Good understanding of IT Service Management, IT Risk Management, IT Disaster Management, and Cybersecurity Management
Demonstrated understanding of client’s business needs, processes, and functions.
Proven experience developing and delivering IT solutions for the business and customers.
Effective in written and verbal communication
Indonesia (Full Professional Proficiency) and English (Professional Working Proficiency)
Prolonged use of computers, sitting, reading digital documents, analyzing data, and managing IT systems require good vision, including the ability to focus on screens
Good knowledge of Data Analytic, IoT, and emerging IT technology/trend
Able to travel and work in the field as an essential function of the position.
Able to travel within country and internationally.
