The Opportunity
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by converting leads into opportunities, managing client relationships, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline. This is a performance-driven role that requires strong communication skills, CRM proficiency, and a proactive approach to sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Performance: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets across assigned markets, products, and services.
- Lead Conversion: Manage and convert marketing-generated leads through effective discovery and client engagement.
- Pipeline Development: Proactively build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound activities and networking.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (Dynamics 365), ensuring timely follow-ups and task completion.
- Client Engagement: Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of new business contracts.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital sales tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Inside Sales or Social Audits sales is a plus.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 and collaborative platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
