Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property administration or legal compliance.
- Able to work in the field with high mobility across various villa locations.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of working independently.
- Possessing a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and a personal vehicle is a plus.
- Willing to work outside of regular hours in case of urgent incidents.
- Basic understanding of property/villa regulations in Bali, including permits and legal compliance.
- Proficient in documentation and archiving (both digital and physical).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and cloud-based administrative tools.
- Basic photography skills for property documentation.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with external parties.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct villa handovers by checking the completeness of legal documents and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and submit insurance policy registration documents through to completion.
- Act as the main liaison between the company, villa owners, and insurance providers.
- Handle the entire insurance claim process, from evidence collection, reporting, survey coordination, to claim negotiation.
- Ensure villas comply with applicable legal, zoning, and regulatory requirements in Bali.
- Safely and systematically archive all legal and insurance documents.
- Provide regular reports to management regarding the status of insurance policies and claims.
