- Create and supervise the production of project mini mock-ups and full-scale mock-ups.
- Train workers/technicians to perform tasks in accordance with technical standards.
- Assist in testing products/systems on-site and at the factory.
- Ensure the quality of workmanship during project execution.
Requirement
Working experience min. 2 years of technical field in construction projects (especially gypsum will be huge advantage)
- Proven experience in training or leading workers/technicians
- Able to read and interpret technical/working drawings
- Familiar with the operation of hand tools and light machinery
- Hold SIM A
