About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic INTERN to join our Community Relation team for KUNCIE, an educational technology platform under INDICO. In this role, you will assist in implementing community engagement initiatives aimed at fostering positive relationships with our users, educators, and the broader community. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in community management and public relations while working closely with experienced professionals in the field. Your main responsibilities will include supporting community activities, managing social media engagement, and assisting in the organization of events and outreach programs.
What you will do but not limited to:
- Assist in developing and executing community engagement strategies for KUNCIE.
- Participate in organizing events and workshops that promote KUNCIE’s educational offerings.
- Manage social media platforms by creating content and engaging with community members.
- Support outreach efforts to establish partnerships with schools, educators, and community organizations.
- Coordinate communication with community members, including responding to inquiries and feedback.
- Conduct research on community needs and preferences to inform program development.
- Assist in monitoring and analysing community engagement metrics to assess the impact of initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective messaging and alignment with KUNCIE’s goals.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, education, or a related field.
- Strong interest in community relations, education technology, and social media management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in using social media platforms and basic graphic design tools is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and engage with diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive learner with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for community engagement.
