1. Conduct activities related to BINUS Joint International Conference Event (BJJC)
2. Record and document all international conference registration activities from Faculty Member (as well as students)
3. Prepare forms for registration of international conference activities
4. Conduct administration process related to international conference activities
5. Conduct promotion activities to faculty member to increase participation
6. Collect data related to potential publisher to publish the conference paper
7. Keep track of material development progress to related partner and scheduling of manuscripts
8. Prepare manuscripts for production and ensure all elements compliance for publishing.
9. Ensure outsource editing process is align to agreed publishing schedule, agree timetables for artwork proofing and
production
10. Arrange copyright permissions process (e.g., process of the International Standard Book Number (ISBN) registration,
etc.)
11. Ensure scheduled publication of books progresses according to timeline
12. Conduct process related to editing process and Layout cover design
13. Maintain collaboration with related bookstores and other possible book distribution media
14. Collaborate with outlet and bookstores related to sales tracking activity and income revenue of published books.
15. Maintain overall partnership required for publication material preparation is according to agreed schedule
Management Support Activities :
o Provide Report to direct Supervisor.
o Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost).
o Perform activities related to Quality Management System.
o Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor.
Education Requirement :
• Minimum Diploma Degree (D3), or
• University student (Minimal 6 th semester)
