Job Description
- Support the team in developing strategic planning and programs to achieve monthly & yearly KPI targets
- Assist in preparing and documenting guidelines (SOPs) to support plan execution
- Help monitor and follow up on KPI results, ensuring smooth coordination with the team
- Participate in scheduling and preparing sales visits to maintain relationships with Airlines, vendors, and partners
- Assist in research and preparation for contract reviews, rate comparisons, and program proposals with Airlines, vendors, and partners
- Contribute ideas for continuous improvement on product and program initiatives
- Support the team by providing accurate market data collection, reporting, and analysis
Requirements
- Undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Business, Management, Tourism, Marketing, or related fields
- Strong interest in the aviation, travel, or e-commerce industry
- Good communication skills (verbal & written) in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
- Comfortable with data collection, analysis, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Sheets, Slides, Docs)
- Availability for a minimum internship period of 6 months
