Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in building construction industry, specifically in consultant or construction management roles, with exposure to plumbing, roofing, or technical drawing.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication is a must.
- Strong numerical skills and an eye for detail.
- Proven ability to manage project documentation, scheduling, and reporting.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; a great communicator and coordinator.
- Ability to identify and mitigate risks during project execution.
- Willing to be assigned to the Surabaya office
Objective:
To coordinate all aspects of project execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and budget control while maintaining effective communication between technical teams, partners, and clients.
Jobdesk:
- Develop and monitor project schedules and timelines.
- Act as a liaison between project management with client
- Prepare and update regular project progress reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation (daily reports, checklists, handover forms).
- Coordinate internal and external technical meetings.
- Identify and address operational risks during project execution.
- Maintain effective communication in internal and clients.
