About the Role
As Investment Product Business in the Funding Team, you will support the development and execution of strategies to grow Amartha’s Mass Affluent Individual Lender segment and maximize the segment’s long-term profitability. Reporting directly to the Team Lead, you will contribute to portfolio performance, event & partnership, marketing campaign coordination that attract, engage, and retain premium lenders. portfolio performance, and service enhancements tailored for premium lenders.
This is a dynamic, cross-functional role that blends strategy, execution, and collaboration—ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating meaningful financial products and experiences for investors.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market and behavioral analysis to generate insights into premium segment needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Assist in crafting tailored value propositions, campaigns, and features that resonate with affluent lenders.
- Collaborate in cross-functional projects to launch new features, optimize servicing workflows, and ensure seamless experience among premium individual lenders.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop creative content and materials that resonate with premium lenders and align with campaign goals.
- Assist in launching and managing strategic partnerships to expand reach and strengthen Amartha’s brand.
- Coordinate and execute targeted events to engage potential and existing premium individual lenders.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product, marketing, business strategy, or customer insights—preferably in financial services or fintech.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Creative and detail-oriented, with the ability to contribute fresh ideas for campaigns, events, and content tailored to premium audiences.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and partners.
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills; familiarity with Excel, Sheets, or SQL is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and mission-driven environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
- years of experience in community engagement, user experience, or customer insights, preferably within fintech, digital finance, or community-driven products.
