FINNS Beach Club is hiring an IT Director to oversee our tech stack, connected application portfolio, IT hardware and architecture. Our landscape includes on-premise Oracle systems, point-of-sale hardware, redundant infrastructure and multiple cloud platforms. The IT Director is accountable for the company-wide IT strategy, platform selection, vendor management, security and uptime. This role reports directly to the CEO and spans all business units including Beach Club, Hotel, and Recreation Facilities

Responsibilities
- Design, own, and maintain the company IT strategy
- Manage, control and optimise the budget for resources and staff
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing IT and Technology solutions.
- Design and integrate custom APIs and contribute to the development of Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Data Lake systems.
- Collaborate with DevOps Engineers and Developers to build resilient infrastructure and cloud environments.
- Align technical architecture with business priorities, compliance requirements, and security standards.
- Provide technical mentorship and architectural guidance across all technology teams.
- Manage uptime, up-keep, and upgrade of all IT systems including WIFI, Servers, Network infrastructure, CCTV, computers and software
- Ensure system redundancies across all major systems
- Ensure adequate and resilient data storage practices
- Manage development teams for the upgrade of custom built softwares
- Manage third party vendors that support overall IT infrastructure
- Manage Cyber Security teams and ensure highest possible cyber security defence posture
- Manage company software integrations including Google Workspace and Monday.com at scale
- Manage company AI Integration and long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in an IT enterprise role.
- Deep technical knowledge of ERP, POS, and PMS platforms—Oracle NetSuite, Symphony, and Opera
- Operational understanding of AI and experience with integration at enterprise scale
- Proven experience with cloud infrastructure, API design, and scalable data architecture.
- Strong understanding of system integration, data flows, and architecture documentation.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and key threats posed to hospitality operators
- Experience with vendor selection and management
- Prior annual budget responsibility
- Experience with programming languages
- Experience with network hardware configuration and management
- Experience in large hospitality venues
- Knowledge of how to use hyper-scalers for storage or off-loading compute requirements
- Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, etc)
