Job Description
1、Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts in EL Cluster
2、Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
3、Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, driving growth and increasing market share.
4、Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve customer satisfaction.
5、Conduct regular account reviews, analyze sales data, and provide strategic insights to drive account performance and customer satisfaction

Job Requirements
1、Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2、More than 2 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
3、Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a portfolio of key clients.
4、Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
5、Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and customer insights, driving informed decision-making.
6、Fluent in Indonesian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
7、Self-motivated and results-driven, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity), and thrive in a dynamic Lazada Indonesia team
