1.Manage performance analysis of Sales forces (production and persistence) to manage and improve sales quality. 2.Manage post interview sales forces to get feedback regarding sales process and standard practice for mitigation and improve sales quality.3.Manage handling cases regarding code of conduct, Forgery-Fraud, Misappropriate Premium, and customer major complaint4.Coordination with Claim Investigator and Sales Force Investigator to investigate the suspicious claim and sales fraud, including coordination with 2nd line (i.e. Risk & Fraud Management, and Compliance).
