仕事内容:
- Perform Maintenance Activities:
Conduct daily, periodic, and emergency maintenance for stamping press machines (e.g., Kawasaki 800–1100 ton), dies, and tooling to minimize downtime and ensure stable operation.
- Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM):
Carry out TPM routines and initiatives to maintain and improve production equipment efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and Analyze Machine Problems:
Analyze root causes of machine-related product defects (NG) and take prompt countermeasures to resolve issues.
- Read and Interpret Technical Drawings:
Understand and analyze mechanical drawings of machines, dies, tooling, and product structures to identify and resolve mechanical issues accurately.
- Coordinate with Internal & External Parties:
Collaborate with related departments and communicate with Japan Head Office for technical support, documentation, and follow-ups when required.
Requirement:
- Education min. D3 any major
- Working experience 3~5 years as Maintenance of Stamping Press Machine (Dies & Tooling) in Automotive MFG
- Experience with Stamping Press Machine of Kawasaki (800–1100 ton)
- Strong ability to read and and analyze technical drawings of dies, tooling, machines, and products, etc
- Skilled in problem analysis and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues in production machinery.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
