Manager Outsourcing – Accounting Services

Forvis Mazars in Indonesia is looking for a Manager Outsourcing – Accounting Services to join its growing team of professionals.

Job role

Take full responsibility for the oversight and maintenance of client accounting records and preparing management accounts for your own portfolio of clients. To carry the Forvis Mazars values, leadership and maintain productive relationship with clients, other team members and the relevant authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and managing team in providing various accounting and outsourcing services to fully meet client expectation: Bookeeping; Tax; Monthly closing & reporting; Cash management; Set-up & client onboarding
• Manage the clients’ portfolio in wide range of industries and work directly with the clients to ensure efficient delivery of accounting services to clients, provide value-added consultation to client
• Engagement monitoring : manage, review and responsible to observe on accounting and regulation compliance and procedure. Ensure that the accounting services provided by the team members are completed on time whilst maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Develop a deep understanding of your Client’s businesses to ensure that Forvis Mazars’ reports and advice are timely relevant and that a strong “Trusted Business Advisor” relationship is in place.
• Impart technical expertise to your team to ensure accounts are prepared in line with Indonesia and International Financial Standards. Additionally, identify and highlight potential advisory and compliance issues (e.g. taxation, Companies Act, immigration) to the appropriate experts within Forvis Mazars for further consideration.
• Improve the efficiency of team members in delivering accounting services within budget. Where there are budget overruns, identify the causes and implement solutions.
• Support the firm’s business development activities and building long-term relationship with the clients. Support the preparation of proposals to prospective clients.
• Attend to enquiries from other offices of Forvis Mazars worldwide.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Fiscal Administration or any relevant field.
• Possess Professional Certificate, Brevet AB
• Professional use of accounting system
• Minimum 7-8 years of experiences, preferably in consulting firm deals with multinational corporations
• Demonstrated success in adapting a work environment of professional staff.
• Good team player, ability to handle assignments independently, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure environment.
