- Lead planning and execution of cross-fuctional projects in backend assembly/test
- Define project scope, deliverables, schedule, budget, and resources plans
- Track project progress using milestones-based projects plan
- Identify and mitigate project risks, roadblocks, and cross-functional conflicts
- Provide regular status reporting and escalation to leadership Coordinate NPI qualification and line readiness.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 3 years in leadership role managing multiple concurrent projects
- Proficient in project management tools
- Familiarity in NPI, process qualification, and transfer proticol
- Strong in planning, organization, communication, and stakeholder management
- Comfortable in fast-paced matrix-driven environment Ability to influence without authority and resolve conflics diplomatically.
