Manager/Senior Manager – Audit

• Produce client reports (AFS, Minutes, Certificates, Management letters etc)
• Propose and finalise audit opinions
• Audit assignment budget planning and management
• Monitoring and evaluation of performance in relation to budget
• Conduct full audit file reviews and related reports to ensure the relevant files are ready for sign off
• Manage resourcing and plotting of staff on audit engagements
• Ensure audit planning documentation is completed
• Monitor management risk policies/procedures in place and ensure of the compliance with Mazars Group policies/procedures
• Take responsability of some internal functions within the audit department (recruitment, training, professional practices, etc.),
• People management – coaching, feedback, performance management, training and development, engaging high performing teams.
• Contribute to the preparation of staff training plan and conduct training sessions.
• Provide technical assistance to staff members
• Maintain excellent client relationships
• Responsible for marketing and business development in own line

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable university
• Qualified accountant – Ak/ACCA/CPA, or equivalent
• Years of experience: at least 7 – 10 years in public accounting firm
• Strong IFRS / PSAK/ Consolidation knowledge and experience
• Holds significant external audit experience managing a portfolio of clients and leading audit teams and a good technical expertise
• Open-minded and eager to work in a multicultural environment, ability to adjust and learn quickly in a new environment (regulatory, tax, accounting).
• People management experience. Excellent communication and people management/development skills, Able to provide guidance to others and team player.
