About the Role
We need an experienced Manufacturing & Supply Chain Manager to set up and oversee production of our modular building components. You’ll ensure efficient, quality-controlled manufacturing and manage the flow of materials from suppliers to finished product delivery.
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and optimize production processes.
- Set up manufacturing lines for precision production of modular blocks.
- Source materials and negotiate supplier agreements.
- Implement quality assurance protocols to ensure consistency.
- Manage logistics for product delivery to project sites.
- Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to refine designs for manufacturability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
- 5+ years in manufacturing management (preferably building materials or prefab).
- Experience with supply chain optimization and vendor management.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia a plus.
