- Be responsible for driving Sell-Out growth on marketplace platforms, staying ahead of the competition.
- Develop and execute a detailed Brand Activity Plan that aligns with marketplace strategies.
- Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with marketplace platforms to unlock growth opportunities.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
You will:
- Lead the e-JBP (Joint Business Plan) process, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to align on strategic priorities.
- Build a bottom-up activity and resource plan to achieve Sell-Out and Sell-In objectives through meticulous business planning.
- Monitor real-time performance using Seller Center Business Advisor tools, providing daily recommendations to optimize plans.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensuring consistent performance and results.
- Develop accurate demand projections for Hero SKUs in collaboration with brand teams to meet market needs.
- Manage negotiations and barter agreements with marketplace platforms to secure favorable terms and outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you will need...
- 2–7 years of experience, preferably in E-Commerce roles
- Key Account Management or similar roles
- A structured and analytical mindset, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proven experience in managing Key Accounts and driving business growth.
