Collaborate with the best
As a Materials Planner you will be responsible for planning and scheduling of the materials required to execute the business. Planners work with sales and commercial teams, regional personnel and supply chain to translate demand into physical orders. Planners work across multiple time horizons to ensure our orders are delivered to meet customer requirements.
As a Materials Planner, you will be responsible for:
Collaborating with the operations team to convert demand plans into physical ordersAnalyzing incoming demand, identifies order exceptions, misalignment with product rationalization strategy and opportunities to utilize existing inventory
Planning and scheduling order timelines to be consistent with customer requirements while minimizing inventory and shipping costs
Developing inventory strategies, including safety stock and turns
Performing various material management analysis such as consumption and forecasts, aged inventory, aged purchase orders, safety stock
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a bachelor's degree in supply chain or equivalentHave 1 - 3 years of planning experience in Supply Chain or open to consider fresh graduate that has the above qualification.
Have experience in order management, inventory optimization and management, asset utilization and management
Have an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Demonstrate an ability to communicate professionally at all levels, lead meetings and collaborate with internal stakeholders
Be a good team player, enjoy collaborating and solving problems with others
