Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the MEP design and implementation for luxury villas, townhouses, and apartment projects.
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless MEP integration.
- Review and validate detailed design drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.
- Conduct site inspections and supervise MEP installation work to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with local regulations.
- Optimize MEP systems for energy efficiency, sustainability, and long-term maintenance.
- Manage coordination between consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers related to MEP packages.
- Assist in procurement decisions for MEP systems, fittings, and smart home technologies.
- Conduct commissioning and testing of systems before handover.
- Liaise with local authorities and ensure all MEP work complies with Indonesian codes and standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in MEP design and execution, preferably within high-end residential or hospitality developments.
- Solid understanding of sustainable design practices, smart home integration, and energy-efficient systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and related design tools.
- Strong familiarity with Indonesian building codes and permit processes.
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and appreciation for design-focused, luxury construction standards.
