Project Planning & Design
Review and interpret MEP drawings and project specifications.
Participate in design coordination meetings with architects, civil engineers, and contractors.
Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety standards, and energy efficiency requirements.
Coordination & Supervision
Coordinate all MEP activities with other disciplines and site contractors.
Supervise MEP subcontractors on site to ensure quality and timely execution.
Monitor and report MEP progress to stakeholders.
Installation & Commissioning
Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire-fighting systems.
Conduct inspections to ensure systems function properly and meet technical specifications.
Problem Solving & Troubleshooting
Identify and resolve technical issues during design and construction phases.
Provide solutions for design conflicts and on-site execution challenges.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain up-to-date MEP drawings, documents, logs, and reports.
Ensure all MEP works comply with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
Cost & Material Management
Estimate material quantities and costs related to MEP systems.
Assist procurement in selecting MEP materials and equipment.
