Identify microlearning content needs and priorities based on business goals and employee competencies.
Design and develop concise, clear, and interactive content that aligns with the principles of microlearning.
Set up and manage microlearning modules on the UT SMART platform.
Collect and analyze user feedback to assess the effectiveness and impact of content.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, internal and external teams, and digital technology teams to ensure content quality and relevance align with organizational needs.
Requirements
Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years experience in learning & development, content development, or human capital.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering, or Education.
Minimum GPA of 3.25
Previous experience in content development will be a plus.
Strong creativity in delivering ideas and visually appealing learning materials.
Good communication skill and analytical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills to work with SMEs or stakeholders.
