Job Description
•Carrying out nursing care to all outpatients under his/her responsibility, as well as providing nursing services in accordance with the hospital's vision, mission, philosophy and objectives of the nursing division as well as implementing nursing service quality policies and room work targets
•Carrying out the main responsibility for implementing Nursing Services, Carrying out morning, afternoon and evening duties in rotation according to the service roster created by the Head Nurse, Providing nursing care with independent nursing intervention in accordance with the competencies and qualifications possessed, Actively participating in the implementation of quality improvement programs and hospital patient safety and quality improvement programs in its rooms
•Prepare facilities for the smooth running of nursing services and make it easier for patients/families to provide services by: Arranging the safety and comfort of the room, Checking and ensuring that all required equipment is functioning properly and that medicines and other necessary health equipment are available and ready to use, Supporting cleanliness and tidiness of the work environment
•Carry out nursing actions in accordance with applicable standard operating procedures based on the limits of ability and competence possessed
•Providing nursing care to clients at all levels of the maternity and midwifery business by applying nursing practice standards: Carrying out nursing assessments at the start of the patient's admission and continuously while the patient is in care using the applicable format, Determining the client's nursing problems through analysis of the results of the assessment, Implementing goals and targets for overcoming nursing problems that occur, Carrying out nursing actions/therapy according to patient needs based on applicable procedural policies, Continuously observing and monitoring the patient's health condition, Providing health education to patients/families, Carrying out evaluations of nursing actions/therapy which has been given.
•Carrying out primary responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of the medical recording and reporting system, Receive, check the completeness of medical records and preparation of patients for treatment, Implement and maintain the nursing care recording and reporting system appropriately and correctly, so as to create an accurate information and communication system , Read the report to find out the patient's condition and clarification, action plan/diagnostic examination, plan for incoming and discharged patients, Handover the patient to the next shift nurse
•Carry out responsibilities for patients/customers who are being treated in-patient, Display a polite attitude, effective and therapeutic communication to internal and external customers, Introduce yourself and notify the patient and family of the substitute midwife who will continue nursing care on each shift, Provide orientation and room rules for each new patient

•Have minimum 6 months clinical experience in an inpatient area
Qualifications
- Nursing Degree or Diploma from an accredited institution
- Minimum 6 months of clinical experience in labor and delivery or postpartum care
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Proficiency in providing patient education and counseling
