Responsibilities
- Network Implementation, Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
- Monitor network performance to ensure smooth and reliable operation.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and other network and system issues.
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, changes, and updates.
- Provide regular reports on network performance, security incidents, and other relevant metrics.
- Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with other IT team members and departments to ensure smooth network operations.
- Provide support and assistance to end users for network-related issues.
Requirements
- CCNP certificate.
- In-depth knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and standards (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP).
- Experience with network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and monitoring tools.
- Understanding of SDN concept/implementation is a plus.
